QuikStor Express now has a new module that allows your facility to add vehicles into the program. With this option you can now store your tenant’s Vehicle and RV information into their account. The module is great for facilities that offer parking solutions and now you have the option to enter the License Plate, Color, Type, Make/Model and Registration Expiration of the Vehicle.
To utilize the QuikStor Vehicle Parking QuikStor Express, please ensure you are using version 220.127.116.11 or higher.
- First, you need to have the QuikStor Vehicle Module activated and this can be done by going to the Tenant Information window and tabbing to the Parking Tab (pictured below):
- Next, Enter Vehicle Information into the Parking Tab under the change tenant information window. You have the ability to enter (3) Vehicles.
Below we have entered one as an example under Vehicle 1
- There are two tabs under each Vehicle section: Photo and Notes. When you click either tab an expansion will follow where you can type in the notes and place photos. Below are screenshots of the expansions when you click on the tabs.
Please be aware that once a note is applied, it cannot be removed!
- After saving your entries, you can then view your saved information by going to the tenant’s information window under Parking. There you should see your information displayed (see below):
