Quikstor Express has the ability to Change the PTD, or Paid-to Date, of any given unit. This is useful if you are giving someone a free month or changing their due date.
To start, find the unit you wish to work on and select “Payment” from the top menu bar then Change Paid To
Select the new Paid-To Date by clicking the calendar button on the right, or entering the new date manually.
The “Pro-Rate’ button easily pro-rates the Paid-To Date to the 1st of the following month.
Select OK and enter your notes!
