How to swap out the aluminum LCD display

Step 1: Open Keypad

Step 2: Remove the terminal blocks from the keypad.

Step 3: Remove the grounding wire from the surgeboard.

Step 4: Remove surgeboard screws.

Step 5: Pull the surgeboard off. Remove the screws in the picture below.

Step 6: Once the 4 screws above have been removed, pull the entire circuitry off.

Step 7: remove the 4 tiny screws on the LCD

Step 8: Pull off the old LCD. Insert the new LCD and screw the circuitry into place.

Step 9: Insert the circuitry back on the touch pad keys and insert the four screws that hold down the circuitry into the housing.

Step 10: Screw surgeboard back in.

Step 11: Screw grounding wire back in.

Step 12: Plug terminal blocks back in.

Step 13: Make sure that you can read the LCD display. If you can read the welcome message you are done.
