Invoice’s Didn’t Print on Correct Day

Invoices print or email each month depending on your facilities settings in Change Site Setup – Option #2 in the printing tab.


The variable is set for X days before paid to date. Because we have months that have 28, 29, 30, and 31 days, the actual date the invoices print can vary from month to month by a day or so. If you are worried that invoices for the month haven’t printed and should have, you can pull the ELK report. This report shows the unit #, name, paid to date and next bill being sent. This report is also helpful because it will show which bills will print, email, print and email, or which customers won’t receive a bill because neither print nor email is set for destination options.
